Pharmacology and mechanism of effect:

African mango: Studies have shown that Irvingia gabonensis reduces body weight and reduces the size of the waist and hip . Various studies have shown that this extract improves multiple obesity parameters such as body weight, body fat, waist circumference, hip circumference. It also can significantly reduce systolic blood pressure. Studies show that the use of African mango seed extract reduces the total plasma cholesterol concentration by 39.21%, triglyceride 44.9% and LDL concentration by 58.58%, while HDL levels increase dramatically. The CT / HDL ratio and the level of blood sugar also decrease. By reducing the level of total cholesterol, the plant can have anti-diabetes, high blood pressure and anti-fatty properties. African mango is also antioxidant and its oxidation activity is more stable than other traditional oils. The prevalence of polyphenols forming this plant plays an important role in its antioxidant capacity. It also affects the digestive system and reduces gastrointestinal peristalsis and diarrhea. It seems that intestinal stomach intestinal use with this extract is due to increased secretion of gastric mucus and decreased gastric acid secretion. Depending on the dose and duration of use, this drug has been shown to reduce urea, uric acid, and protein levels. According to a clinical study, the African extract of mango inhibits maltase, sucrase and alpha-amylase enzyme activity in vitro. This decrease is seen both in fasting blood glucose and in blood sugar after meals. In human studies, it has been shown to reduce blood glucose levels and control levels of glucose-dependent enzymes and hormones in diabetic obese individuals.

Green Tea: The primary clinical application for green tea is the prevention of cancer and heart disease. Green tea is also very effective in treating obesity due to the heating and fat oxidation properties. This plant can reduce glucose and fructose concentrations in type 2 diabetic patients. Polyphenols in green tea appear to be responsible for most of the chemical and antioxidant plant protection activities.

Studies prove its effects on weight loss as well as antioxidant effects in reducing cardiovascular risk

factors, reducing the complications of renal failure, and reducing the negative effects of treatment for blood cell carcinoma. Green tea extract has positive effects on metabolism and antioxidant activity. Green tea consumption reduces the intake of food, decreases leptin and body weight, and increases warming. Several studies have proved the effect of green tea cholesterol-lowering effect. Green tea consumption is associated with high levels of total cholesterol and there is an inverse relationship between increasing the amount of green tea and reducing blood cholesterol. Clinical observations indicate that green tea has a potent inhibitory effect on the types of cancers of the pancreas, colon, small intestine, stomach, breast, digestive system and lung. Several lab studies show the effect of reducing green tea on the proliferation and increase of apoptosis in a variety of cancer cells of the lung, skin, keratinocyte, prostate, intestine, stomach, mouth and breast. Several laboratory studies have shown that polyphenols, special catechins in polyphenols and epithelial cells inhibit LDL oxidation. This activity helps to prevent the development of cardiovascular diseases, such as atherosclerosis. EGCG is effective in suppressing ultraviolet radiation B, and it is also effective in preventing skin damage caused by UV rays associated with reduced peroxidation of lipids.
